The Beautiful Story here is What's Inside

Co-Injection Seat Cross-section

Co-injection is the process of introducing two compatible materials into a single injection mold where the core material is completely encapsulated. The process produces a multi-layer molded part with only the desired appearance of skin material on the outside.

The process offers distinct advantages:

  • Secondary materials are recycled to reduce costs and diverts waste stream materials into new, usable products.
  • Secondary materials can actually impart beneficial properties, like product strength to enhance product performance.
  • Co-injection has virtually no negative effects on cycle times and requires less heat to melt the core materials resulting in less energy usage.
