Gas Tanks

Co-injection is a great process to utilize secondary waste. But consider a process that uses an entirely different substance to represent the core . . . water or gas.

During the molding cycle the core plastic material is displaced by water or gas, creating hollow parts.

This new product uses even less plastic, creates a lighter weight alternative and requires less cooling time during the manufacturing cycle. Even more impressive, this lightweight product is just as strong as our products produced from the traditional injection molding process.
